AMIRI offers a refined return process for items purchased online, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security seals intact within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, fragrances, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Request Authorization
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original AMIRI packaging and include the printed return form provided during the authorization process.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt to track the shipment back to our warehouse for inspection.
